I am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. I hold a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, and ​ have had the privilege of providing psychotherapy to adults since 2011.  

 

My areas of specialization include trauma, maternal and parental mental health, and helping people through significant life transitions including loss. I have been fortunate to support many therapists and helping professionals in their own therapy journeys, and am particularly passionate about this work. 

 

In addition to my private practice, I provide psychotherapy to students at Toronto Metropolitan University.  I am an experienced clinical supervisor, have developed psychotherapy training curriculum for new practitioners, and have developed and facilitated many psychotherapy groups. I was part of a team that developed a point-of-care, harm reduction-based substance use service at a major hospital system in Toronto.​
